We can supply a factory made attic pull down stair insulated cover. This cover will fit most standard pull down stairs where their is not enough room to fit a custom made cover.

For all other installations we will design a custom made and fabricated cover made with Dow Super TUFF-R insulation foam board. This material is 2" thick with a foil vapor retarder and R-12 rating. On the inside all seams are sealed and covered with foil tape to reduce any moisture from air infiltration. All corners are covered with duct tape on the outside to make the cover more durable. The cover is fabricated with all seams sealed with construction adhesive and screwed for long term durability. The cover is made to be under 14 pounds for ease of opening and closing with the final seal being installed onsite after the fit is determined to ensure a air tight seal. This unit is custom built and installed for $425.
